Here at the Nassau Suffolk Crematory we have developed a set of operating policies and procedures that meet and exceed the state requirements in our effort to maximize our level of care to you and your loved one. In addition to this, our staff is NYS certified to operate the crematory. While many of the procedures are not required by law, we believe our rigid operating procedures ensure that your loved one has been entrusted to a company that has the highest standards of care.

We encourage you to inspect our facility. We are confident our grounds and facility will exceed your expectations and offer you complete peace of mind knowing things are handled under our supervision.

We have a Unique tracking system that provides you with peace of mind
Upon arrival, your loved one is logged into our tracking system and assigned an identification number. This number is used to track every phase of the cremation process.

Other Checks & Balances
Two individuals, a cremation technician and a crematory staff member will review all cremation paperwork and permits. This is to ensure authorizations and permits have been received and have been properly documented. There are many details before, during and after cremation.
